Over 90% of Founders started their pricing by quickly taking a competitor's pricing and undercutting it, then go back to building their product. Many founders prefer to build, and don't want to worry about figuring out pricing. While sales and marketing are great, the fastest way to grow your business is to properly monetize.

I typically start with a free audit, where we book time and discuss both what you're doing well (your advantages), and where your biggest opportunities for growth are (changes needed and the impact they would have on your business).
My goal is to stand up fruitful pricing for your business within 8 weeks. In most cases this is possible, but in certain circumstances it my take longer depending on data collection needs and project scope.
For the best possible engagement, it is important for you to know critical business stats or be able to provide the data required to get there. Critical business metrics for pricing include NRR, CAC, Customer Revenue Distribution, Costs to Service a Customer (Server costs, AWS costs, etc), and your brand positioning.

For wholesale pricing refreshes, I sell blocks of 40 hours, with a typical pricing job requiring ~80 hours to complete. Depending on scope (# of plans, freemium offerings, variable rates, etc), more or less hours may be required depending on data availability.
